Practice Closure

We are disappointed to announce that TVC Kings Heath in Kings Heath/Birmingham will temporarily close on 14^th October 2022 and reopen on a date to be confirmed.

However, the team at any other TVC clinic in North Birmingham would love to welcome you and your pet(s) in the interim. You can expect the same level of expertise and support. They will have full access to our clinical records to ensure continuity of care, and you will continue to receive reminders for appointments and other regular communications as per usual.

If you have a future appointment booked at Kings Heath, a team member will be contacting you shortly to rebook this for you.

Staying with The Veterinary Clinic means:

• Any medical history will be automatically available
• Online payment facility will continue
• Out of hours care will be at Northside Emergency Vet Clinic

Third-party providers will have access to your data to ensure we continue to provide veterinary care. To understand more about how we process your data please see our privacy notice on our website. Our systems and services (including our out of hours) will be available at Northside Emergency Vet Clinic, meaning you can rest assured there will be no disruption to your pet’s care.
