We are disappointed to announce that The Veterinary Clinic in Dyas will temporarily close on 10^th January 2025 and reopen on a date yet to be confirmed.

However, the team at The Veterinary Clinic in Great Barr and West Bromwich would love to welcome you and your pet(s) in the interim. You can expect the same level of expertise and support. They will have full access to our clinical records to ensure continuity of care, and you will continue to receive reminders for appointments and other regular communications as per usual.

If you have a future appointment booked at Dyas, a team member will be contacting you shortly to rebook this for you.

Staying with The Veterinary Clinic means:

• Any medical history will be automatically available
• Online payment facility will continue

Our systems and services will continue to be available at our Great Barr and West Bromwich branches, meaning you can rest assured there will be no disruption to your pet’s care. This also means your data would continue to be processed by us and our third-party providers to ensure we continue to provide veterinary care.
